Allow me to introduce myself…
I grew up in Richmond’s Fan District and graduated in 2003 from St. Christopher’s School. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from VCU’s School of Business with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Development, where I was elected to Rho Epsilon Academic Fraternity. I joined RE/MAX Commonwealth in January of 2009 to work with my dad, Tom Innes (Broker & Owner of RE/MAX Commonwealth).
I currently reside in a 100-year-old farmhouse in the near west end. My wife, Sarah Gray, and I enjoy spending time at the river with our son and two dogs.
As an active Realtor, I received the A. Kenton Muhleman “Rookie of the Year” award in 2010, completed the Leadership Development Academy at the local and state association levels, served as Chair of RPAC(Realtors Political Action Committee), served as Chair of YPN/RVA(Young Professionals Network), and currently serve on the Richmond Association of Realtors Board of Directors. I have been ranked in the Top 10 based on annual sales volume by the Richmond Association of Realtors.
I am an avid outdoorsman, passionate sportsman, and Eagle Scout. I understand the benefits of hard work and thorough preparation. Let me put my competitive nature, industry knowledge, and community connections to work for you.
